Communication We like to handle everything we can by E-mail. If you want to speak with us send your name and number and we'll call you. |

Ordering Orders are handled on a first-in, first-out basis. To place an order, send us an email describing what you wish to order using the stock numbers assigned to the figure(s). We'll reply to your email, confirming that we have the item(s) in stock and the dollar amount of your order. We'll also ask you how you will be paying for your order and for your mailing address. You will confirm your order by making payment and by giving us your name and shipping address. |

Returns We will refund the purchase price of the item for any undamaged item returned to us within two weeks after purchase. Purchaser must pay the return shipping cost. |

Shipping Once payment is received we ship your order by US Priority Mail. Although we do accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal we don't ship to new customers until checks clear or a payment is deposited. We combine items to save our customers shipping costs whenever possible. Our shipping and handling charge is $6.00 per order. |

Large Orders Larger quantities of certain figures may be ordered but remember that each figure is handmade and sufficient lead-time is required to fill large quantity orders. |
